Cost: $6/lb Traditional Bird or $9.29/lb Heritage Bird
Size Range: Farmer John Nyman (the same gent who raises our beef and some of the chickens for our chicken share) is aiming to grow our Standard Turkeys between 12-22lbs.
Mark Trealout of Grassroots Organics is raising our Heritage birds and they range from 10-16lbs.
Pick up: Saturday December 22, any time after 3pm.
